Ahmad Grocers

Founded in 1976, Ahmad Grocers has been supplying Halal meat and other groceries to the Bazaar for over 40 years.

Originally hailing from Pakistan, Monawar moved to Toronto from England in 1972 and was joined by his brother Anwar in 1976. When asked about how they like being in the Bazaar they have this to say: “Life in the Bazaar is excellent. We have a very good life here and we love the people. This is our home.”
